About our Beef
We raise cows like Grandpa did.
Our goal is to produce tender flavourful beef, using humane and sustainable practices. Our cows are fed a simple diet of barley, corn and hay (with a few strawberries too!), with constant access to fresh water. Our young calves are also pasture-fed during the spring/summer months. We finish our cattle with grain to enhance marbling, tenderness and flavour.

The food we produce is what we eat too. We are confident in our quality and mindful in our practices.
We are a small family operation, and our cattle are cared for by each one of us. The beef we sell is always processed by a licensed and provincially inspected Ontario butcher.
